This site is designed to give you a clear, high-level overview of Orsini’s benefits program and help you understand what to expect as a new hire. Below, you’ll find important information about eligibility, timing, who you can cover, and where and how to enroll. Take a few minutes to review, this will help ensure you don’t miss any key deadlines or opportunities.
Eligibility
You're eligible to enroll in the benefits offered by Orsini when both of the following apply:
You are a full-time employee working 30+ hours per week
You have completed the waiting period (benefits begin the first of the month following date of hire)
Enrollment Window
New hires have until the end of the month that they are hired in to elect benefits.
If you miss this window, you will need to wait until the next Open Enrollment period to enroll or unless you experience a Qualified Life Event.
Covering your Family
Orsini's benefits are designed to support not just you, bur your family as well! When enrolling, you may be able to add eligible dependents such as:
Your legal spouse
Your domestic partner
Your dependent children up to age 26

Submit your elections before the 31-day deadline
Remember: Logging in is required even if you decide not to take coverage.
